Vice minister of China's defense science, technology and industry bureau, Wu Yanhua said on September 11, China is willing to work with countries along the " One Belt And One Road" sharing, communication, navigation and other kinds of satellite remote sensing data resources, complement the horizon information network, build reasonable distribution, the ground of the functional information service network and the regional major application service system, provide information support for major construction projects.
The "One Belt And One Road" space information corridor application seminar was held in Nanning on the same day. The participants mainly discussed asean's demand for space information application, typical application situation and international space cooperation mode.
In the opening speech, Wu said that the countries along the "One Belt And One Road" have a wide range of geographical regions, volatile natural environment and diverse development levels, and they are in urgent need of information connectivity. It is necessary to build a space information corridor.
Tong xudong, director of the national defense science, technology and industry administration of China's major special projects center, told reporters that the "One Belt And One Road" space information corridor project is an important means to ensure the connectivity of facilities and smooth trade. The project makes full use of China's existing and planned satellite systems and ground network systems to support the implementation of key areas such as infrastructure construction, energy development, environmental protection, security guarantee and trade expansion in countries along One Belt And One Road.
Wu yanhua put forward three Suggestions on how to build and utilize the "One Belt And One Road" space information corridor. First, carefully make a practicable top level plan. Hainan province major r&d projects, hainan large remote sensing data service platform is preliminary built at present. It can support demonstration applications in fields of coastal zone resources and environment monitoring, tropical agroforestry, the south China sea reef monitoring, underwater archaeology, geological tourism resources investigation and etc..
All the construction tasks of this data platform include three parts: the construction of the space-air-ground integrated big data service platform, the demonstration of dynamic monitoring of resources and environment in hainan province, and the small satellite for low-latitude observation. Taken the integrated remote sensing big data service platform as the technical support, they developped multi-terminal compatible data service. At present, it has built a government and education service portal and put into trial operation, and constructed the digital Hainan 3d visualization integration system. 7、Implementation of space-air-ground integrated remote sensing survey and monitoring of soil quality in global black soil critical zone

8、Research and development of integrated remote sensing data service machines to create new models of remote sensing data service
China resources satellite application center is the world's largest national data center for civil satellites. It has launched 21 satellites since 1999 and currently operates 18 satellites in orbit. Acting 14 foreign top high-resolution satellites, master about 20 percent of global civil remote sensing satellite data resources.
With the implementation of high-resolution engineering, commercial remote sensing project and national medium - and long-term space infrastructure planning, the number of China’s satellites will have an explosive growth. How to support remote sensing satellite data "landing" (data distribution) and "rooting" (data application) has become an important issue that needs urgent solution.
Through the new service mode provided by remote sensing data services all-in-one machine, service users in the form of hardware and software integration products, direct docking all land observation satellite data, set up the bridge of users and land observation satellite data center, solves problems of data acquisition, management and sharing. At the same time, we have customized three hardware and software configurations for different users, including general edition, advanced edition and ultimate edition, to meet the data and API development needs of different users.
9、"Jilin-1" video04, 05 and 06 were successfully launched
At 12:50 am on November 21, three optical remote sensing video satellites of Jilin 1 were successfully launched by long March 6 carrier rocket at taiyuan satellite launch center. At present, the satellite has successfully entered the preset orbit and the launch mission has been a complete success. The number of satellites in orbit in the satellite constellation "Jilin no. 1" increased to 8, and the re-visit period of the constellation in the same region increased from the original 3 days to 1 day, and the satellite service capacity increased significantly. Meanwhile, "Jilin no. 1" satellite constellation has become the commercial remote sensing satellite constellation with the largest number of satellites in China.
Jilin-1 is independently developed by changguang optical satellite company and belongs to commercial high-resolution optical remote sensing satellite constellation. Established in December 2014, the changguang optical satellite company has launched eight satellites in less than three years. By 2020, the constellation "jilin-1" will be able to survey the whole territory of China once a week, and the global hot spots once a quarter or so, and more than 800 key target areas around the world can be observed every day. By 2030, 138 satellites will be in orbit. At that time, "jilin-1" will have all-day, all-weather data acquisition and global revisiting capability of any point within 10 minutes.
10、China independently develops micro-sized and low-power lidar system for operational application
